Oshawa is the furthest point we go, and we would rather be straight about what that means than take the work and underdeliver.
When we say yes
We take Oshawa contracts when there is enough density in the surrounding streets to make a viable route — which in practice means we are usually already serving Whitby and looking to extend. If you contact us and there is nothing else nearby that season, we will tell you rather than quoting a price we cannot hold to in a February storm. Ask anyway: route density changes year to year, and a few neighbours enquiring together changes the answer immediately.
The properties
Much of central Oshawa is older housing on established lots — mature trees, deep back yards and original soil rather than builder fill, which is a genuine advantage for turf. The newer north-end subdivisions toward Taunton behave much more like Whitby and Ajax: compacted clay, young lawns and open exposure.
Summer-only lawn contracts are easier for us to commit to here than winter ones, so if you only want one, that is the one to ask about first.
