Markham is the easiest area we route. Subdivisions through Cornell, Wismer, Berczy and Greensborough were built to consistent lot sizes, which means we can put a lot of properties on one run and pass the efficiency back in the price. If your neighbours are already with us, your quote will usually be lower than the same property somewhere less dense.
Townhome and condominium corporations
A large part of our Markham book is common-element townhome complexes. Boards here tend to care about two things: visual consistency across the whole property, and having a paper trail. We work to a written standard for mulch depth, edge lines and cut height so units match, and every winter visit is logged with time, product and quantity — the record an insurer asks for after a slip-and-fall claim.
Unionville and the older streets
Heritage Unionville is the opposite of the subdivisions: mature trees, irregular lots, older drainage and a lot of restrictions on what can be changed. We treat those properties as individual jobs rather than folding them into a route standard.
