Royal Seasonal Services is a Scarborough-based grounds and snow contractor working across the Greater Toronto Area. We started in 2016 with one truck and a short list of driveways, and we have grown by keeping routes tight rather than taking every job that comes in.
How we work
Every property gets a written scope before the season starts. You see the visit frequency, the arrival window, the trigger depth for snow and what is excluded, all before you sign anything. During the season, each visit is logged with a time stamp and a photo, so you can check the work whether or not you were home.
Who we work for
Roughly two thirds of our book is residential. The rest is condominium corporations, small commercial plazas and property managers who need documentation as much as they need the work done.
