Mississauga is on the opposite side of the region from our yard, so we do not pretend it is served by the same trucks. It runs as its own west-side route with its own crew and its own start time.
What that means for you
Practically, it means our Mississauga winter completion windows are quoted independently — you will get a time commitment for this route, not the Scarborough one. It also means mid-week additions and emergency call-outs are harder to accommodate here than in the east end, and we would rather set that expectation before you sign than apologise for it in January.
Older trees south, newer builds north
Port Credit, Lorne Park and Mineola have some of the best mature canopy in the GTA, which means real leaf volume in autumn and a lot of shade to work around in summer. North of the 403 — Meadowvale, Churchill Meadows, Streetsville — the properties are newer, more uniform and easier to route, with the young-lawn and compacted-fill issues common to any recent subdivision.
Lakeshore properties get the same wind-drift treatment we apply in Etobicoke: we clear with the prevailing wind in mind and return after it drops if the apron has filled back in.
