A snow contract is a promise about timing. Ours is written down: trigger depth, target completion window, and what happens during a multi-day event.
How the contract works
Once accumulation reaches the trigger depth, your property enters the route. During continuous snowfall we run repeat passes rather than waiting for the event to end. Walkways and steps are cleared and treated on the same visit.
The service log
Every visit is time stamped with a photo. If a property manager or an insurer asks what happened on a given date, the record exists.
